Fundraising
Annual Giving 2025
Annual Giving is the crucial fundraiser for Friends of Reed (FoR) -- a non-profit group that works cooperatively with Walter Reed ASB, PTSA, FIHP, and the Walter Reed administration to support Reed's mission "To foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging school culture where students and staff feel safe, supported, and motivated to do their best."
We rely on your generous 100% tax deductible annual giving donations to support the programs and community support that have helped earn Reed a California Distinguished School designation.
Annual Giving funds will support enrichment programs, field trips, additional support staff, state-of-the-art educational student projects, our wonderful library, Academy needs, and campus beautification.
Any amount you give makes a big difference! So, make that difference!

Volunteer
Parent Representatives for 2025-2026 school year. Parent Academy Rep duties include attending one FoR/PTSA meeting/month (Wednesday evenings at 7pm) and helping to communicate and coordinate with your academy on one school-wide fundraising event or initiative, co-hosted by PTSA.
Committee Members & Event Leads -- are you an enthusiastic parent who want to be more involved in one or more awesome committees or help make an event come to life? Whether you travel for work, work full-time, work from home, or parent 24-7— have 30 minutes or larger chunks of time— there's a spot for you with Team Reed!
Attend monthly Team Reed meetings to learn about specific volunteer needs this year and contact us via email info@teamreed.org to let us know what you can help with.
