The PTSA Executive Board consists of volunteers serving a one year term for up to two consecutive years. Our board is elected in the Spring of each year. After a one-year hiatus (my 15-year-old MAT alum is now a sophomore at NHHS), I am excited to be back with my twins entering 6th grade (in IHP and Humanities) this year! I look forward to working with you and our amazing school staff to make this a great year for the Wolfpack! |

I’m Tiffiny Federico, but the students know me as Ms. Fed. I am Reed’s Teacher Librarian. This is my 32nd year at Reed — 22 years as an English teacher & 10 as the librarian! Reed is AWESOME.

Treasurer This is my 4th year at Reed and 2nd as your PTSA Treasurer. I'm the parent of twin 7th graders (in Steam and Environmental Science). My older daughter culminated from MAT last year. Between the 3 of them, I've had experience with 3 out of 5 of our academies covered. In addition to my school PTSA duties, I will be serving as President of your Valley Gateway Council of PTAs. You can find me at most all of our school events, so feel free to stop and ask me any questions you may have.

Teacher Representative - Ms. Federico
Liaises between the Reed staff/faculty and parent community to build bridges through constructive communication.
Reflections Committee Lead - JESSICA KELLY AND RENEE CARPENTER
Administers and coordinates the Reed MS PTSA annual Reflections Arts Program and Contest.
Appreciation Committee Lead - MARIA DIAZ
Celebrates our teachers all year long and organizes events for teacher appreciation week, including breakfast, massages, gifts & appreciation by class.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Committee Lead- RESE CLIFTON
This committee collaborates with Reed student cultural clubs and organizations to see how PTSA can partner and support their DEI efforts. In addition, this committee will make recommendations about practices PTSA should adopt in our own organization, and advocate for within Reed and LAUSD, to ensure more equitable and inclusive outcomes.
